Why Day-Of Coordination?

Due to budget constraints, your do-it-yourself abilities, or simply a desire to achieve your specific vision for your wedding day, you may prefer to plan your own wedding, rather than hire a full-service wedding planner. 

This is great!  Just remember that on your wedding day you'll need to be able to focus on soaking up the experience, which you can't do if you're busy telling people what they need to do, solving problems, and answering questions.  A wedding coordinator can do this for you at a fraction of the cost of a full-service wedding planner.

$800: Full Day-Of Coordination in Northwest Arkansas

Although it's called "day-of," my services start well in advance of your wedding day.  We will meet twice in person (usually six weeks and one week prior to your wedding) to discuss all the wonderful plans you've made and how you envision your big day unfolding.  We'll create a wedding day timeline and your bridal party ceremony lineup.  We'll follow up as necessary by text, email, and phone to be sure your day will go off as planned, and I'll attend/manage the rehearsal to know exactly how things should work.  I will be present for the eight hour window of your choice on your wedding day, executing the plans, liaising between vendors, and solving any problems that come up. 

You will spend your wedding day making your vows and basking in the admiration of your loved ones, while I make sure everything is where it needs to be, things happen on schedule, those unavoidable last-minute problems get solved, vendors have someone to communicate with, and your big day is as stress-free as possible! 

$450: Ceremony-Only Day-Of Coordination in Northwest Arkansas

With the increasing number of chapels in our area requiring a day-of coordinator, I have been approached by many budget-minded couples, which led me to create this service. It's essentially the same as Full Day-Of Coordination, except I will leave after the ceremony. You will benefit from rehearsal and ceremony management, as well as consultation and timeline creation. I will help you identify which friends, family members, or vendors are in charge of certain tasks, and you can distribute your timeline to them in advance so your reception will still run smoothly, while keeping costs low.

$250: Consultation and Timeline Creation: nationwide virtual service through Teams

If you won't be using or already have a coordinator for your wedding day, you may still have concerns like those below:

I will meet with you for up to two hours in person in my northwest Arkansas service area or on Teams and collect all the info you have about your vendors, your wedding party, and what you want to happen at your reception.  In the days following our meeting, I will create a wedding day timeline for you, as well as a ceremony diagram of your wedding party, a processional and recessional order, a grand entrance order, and a pack-up list for the end of the night that shows what needs to be packed up and with whom it goes home.  You will be welcome to give me one round of revisions, and after that I will turn over the editable documents in case you need to make further revisions down the line.
